Classic Piña Colada Recipe. 4 oz. (½ cup/120ml) cream of coconut (see recipe below, or use ½ cup of the thick cream scooped from the top of a can of full-fat coconut milk + 3 tablespoons sugar) Place all ingredients into a blender canister and blend until smooth. Start by taking a glass and adding 5 or so ice cubes and then filling it with ½ the bottle of Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Ice. Then add 2 oz of Cream of Coconut to the glass and stir with a spoon.
